This hyper-gore hospital gown victim is a masterclass in trauma FX. The skull is sawed open with exposed brain matter, blood streaming down the face and soaking the chest. The lower face is mutilated, jaw hanging, while a massive, wet abdominal wound spills intestines into the lap. The floral hospital gown is completely saturated in multi-stage blood work: arterial spray, venous drip, and coagulated pooling.
