Expected Ship date  June 25 th – july 15th FULLY PAID ORDERS

50% Deposits 

Deposited orders at the show or after only get you the supplies

once we have supplies we will need the other 50% plus shipping

once that has been paid then we construct your products…and it could be

an additional 4 week wait after the final payment has been made

Please keep in mind…We make props…Not the Wigs …Not the Costumes…The Large Halloween Companies

We deal with can at any moment Decided to dis-continue a wig , Costume, Hat. Bow tie,,without any contact to us that it is being removed … We will find suitable replacements and build the prop..So wig colors,,,costumes….bow ties and hats can be diffrent sometimes then pictured…

find a replacement for that and make your prop.

Shipping…We are not Ups or fed ex… We can not be held responsible for damages to products..Lost packages.. Hold up on shipments delivery times ..or Out of The country Customs holding or delays…we will help find packages..launch an investigation with the companies.  Once we pack the box and hand it off..creepy has done its job and its now in the hands of a BIGGER company. we will do our best to help our customers… recover or replace products…via appropriate measures.. We can not force them to do there job better or clear a package faster…

If you want you can arrange your own shipping and pick up for your order…we have no issue with that.,….

So if your package doesn’t arrive please contact us via email…we will get on the hunt for it.

Q what happens if it goes lost… We have to launch an investigation with fed ex / ups/usps  they have to find it..if its not found

and there is  insurance they will refund us we can re make the item… no extra shipping would be necessary.
